Dennis W. Finch Worker's Compensation Law Personal Injury Insurance Defense and Labor Law

Mr. Finch is a native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in l967 from Sioux Falls College and his Juris Doctor degree in l971 from the University of South Dakota. Mr. Finch served as Secretary of Labor in Governor Richard Kneip's administration and served in that capacity from l975 through l978. Prior to that, Mr. Finch was an attorney in the Department of Labor and served as an administrative law judge during a portion of his service. He has been actively engaged in the private practice of law in Rapid City, South Dakota since l978. He is a member of the state and local bar associations in South Dakota, (past chairman and current member of the Worker's Compensation committee of the South Dakota Association), the American Bar Association, South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Finch's areas of practice include worker's compensation law, personal injury, insurance defense and labor law.
